These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Prolifiq website and any quote request, project, or service arrangement you enter into with us. Using This Website

You may browse this site and submit forms (quote requests, contact messages, reviews) for legitimate business purposes. You agree not to submit false, abusive, or misleading information, and not to attempt to disrupt, scrape, or gain unauthorized access to any part of this site or its admin systems.

Quotes & Proposals

Submitting a quote request does not create a binding contract. A project only begins once both parties agree to a written proposal, including scope, timeline, and pricing, communicated directly between you and Prolifiq.

Payments

Payment terms (deposits, milestones, final balance) are set out individually in each project proposal, not on this page. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, work does not begin until any required deposit has been received.

Ownership & Intellectual Property

Unless a signed proposal states otherwise, Prolifiq retains ownership of design files, source code, and other work product until the project is paid in full, at which point ownership of the final deliverables transfers to the client. We may showcase completed projects in our own portfolio and marketing materials unless you request otherwise in writing.

Reviews

By submitting a review, you confirm it reflects your genuine experience and grant us permission to publish it on this site. We reserve the right to decline or remove any review that is abusive, fraudulent, or unrelated to our services.

Limitation of Liability

This website and its content are provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, Prolifiq is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or our services, beyond the amount you've paid us for the relevant project.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of this site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
